Tibetan Singing Bowls

For centuries, Tibetan Singing Bowls have been utilized for meditation and healing practices. Tibetan Sining Bowls help the brain to slow down by providing an auditory stimulus for brainwaves to synchronize with the sound omitted from the bowls being stroked by a loving and empathic practitioner. The sound frequencies slow the brain’s busy Beta waves (x13-30 Hz) to Alpha waves (8-13 Hz), which are associated with meditation, Theta waves (4-8 Hz), which are associated with dreaming, and Delta waves (.5-4 Hz), which are associated with slow-wave sleep. As a result of slower brain activity, healing effects that may be achieved include:

  • Decreased Stress and/or Anxiety
  • Realigned Chakras
  • consistent occupation on the p
  • Decreased Muscle Tension
  • Increased Creativity and Innovating Thinking
  • Overall Improvement of Stress Related Disorders
