Alyda Berryman – Certified Professional Life Coach/Sound Therapy Technician
About
Alyda Berryman brings decades of experience helping people achieve their goals to Think One. The TRANSFORMATION process is her passion, and her broad background allows for creativity, flexibility and competence. She thinks outside the box and can back up her methods with concrete information/evidence.
Alyda is originally from Houston and graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor’s degree in Biology and Health Education. She worked as a Fitness Professional for over 20 years in the capacity of Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Leader (over 100 people), Nutritional Counselor and sales/promotions. She worked full time at the Houstonian Club and the Phoenix Spa and was mentored by the best in the business. Alyda has a varied repertoire of skills stemming from her classical dance background and exposure to the arts and music.
Most importantly, she LOVES people!
Alyda has owned her own Aesthetics business and has been Colorado State Certified Aesthetician since 2014. She is a graduate of Rocky Mountain Laser College and CoolSculpting University. She holds numerous certifications allowing her to perform various procedures on the face and body. This knowledge and experience combined with her fitness/Biology background make her unique in her field.
Sound Healing is her latest area of study, as she continues to expand her knowledge base while melding everything together with Biology and compassion. At ThinkOne, we use Sound Therapy to release emotion, lower blood pressure and open up chakras, meridians and biofields of energy. Sound Waves also impact Brain Waves, allowing for physical, mental and emotional impact and change. Alyda is a member of ASAP (the Association for Comprehensive Energy Psychology) and has just finished an Intensive workshop in Seattle, Washington with the David Corter/ Diane Mendle technique.
In addition to all of the above, Alyda is a Certified Life Coach and mother of three daughters 34, 28 and 28. She is a widow, who is going through the transformation process herself. Alyda grew up spending all Summer in Estes Park with her family and cousins, and this is where her love of hiking and the mountains developed. Her family relocated to Denver in 2005, and love living in beautiful Colorado.
Love is the answer, just like the song says! Alyda is engaged, (and soon be married) to Dr. Rick Perea, Ph.D., the CEO and founder of Think One: The Behavior Design Specialists.
