Kelley Pico is a Pilates Method Alliance Teacher (PMA) and Nationally Certified Pilates Trainer (NCPT). She is passionate teaching anyone from athletes to people with brain injuries. Pilates creates neural plasticity and neurogenesis. Kelley is also a Master Certified Life and Performance Coach and has priorly worked as an Alcohol and Drug counselor. She is Reiki certified and Healing Hands Certified. She applies this knowledge to cupping, kinesiology taping, and helps assist the body by doing Natural Energy Technique (NET) which can be added to any laser session or a stand alone session. Kelley loves reading and is a life long student. When she isn’t working she enjoys hiking, traveling, eating, dancing, and spending time with her beautiful 18 year old daughter, Kailani. Kelley also has an adventurous spirit that helps her keep up with her energetic dog, Brody, who she rehabbed after he was paralyzed. She has parlayed these skills into rehabbing animals of all kinds. Finally, she teaches pet owners how to communicate, rehabilitate, and emotionally balance their pets.
