Gina has a Master Degree in Human Development with a specialization in sport
psychology. She has also earned a Master Degree in Mental Health and Counseling
and completed an additional certificate program in sport psychology. Her
experience with sport psychology has helped her navigate life as much as it’s guided
her in helping others. For nearly 20 years she’s been intimately involved in the
world of sport both personally and professionally. She holds 2 Black Belts, one in
Mixed Martial Arts and another in Tae Kwon Do. She continues to train in pursuit of
her second degree. She is an avid runner and competes in occasional mixed distance
events, as well. She has worked for nearly 10 years counseling individuals of all
ages, groups/families and performers and is adept at using CBT, DBT and tailoring
programs to the unique needs of the client. Gina is a licensed professional counselor
and trains clients in Neuro-conditioning/feedback.
